April 20th - 22nd – OPENING WEEKEND+
Welcome Baaaaack! Come enjoy the reawakening of the campground. We have 2 specials to offer you!!! Customer Appreciation Special (Stay 2 nights and receive a free night of camping anytime from September 4th through October 20th, 2018) and Gas Saver Special (Stay any two consecutive weekends and leave your trailer unoccupied and unplugged on site FREE for the week) +2 night minimum required

April 27th - 29th - CUSTOMER APPRECIATION WEEKEND+
Come take advantage of the second camping weekend of the year!! Stay 2 nights and receive a free night of camping anytime from September 4th through October 20th, 2018. Spring crafts, afternoon activities, wagon ride and 1st bingo($) of the season. Don’t forget the Gas Saver Special. (+2 night minimum)

May 5th - CINCO DE MAYO WEEKEND
Now that you have your sites are set up, its time to enjoy them. Join us for crafts and a wagon ride in the afternoon. We will have our Cinco De Mayo party($) for dinner. We will be serving tacos($1 each) with all the fixings and my famous punch or you can always BYOB. Its a great way to get to welcome our new campers, meet up with old friends and maybe make new ones. Gas Saver Special continues…….

MAY 12th – MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND+
Come and celebrate Mom this weekend. Saturday will be filled with everything for mom. Let’s start with a Mother’s Day craft. We’ll have activities in the afternoon so that mom can relax. Let’s give mom a night off from cooking with a Pancake Dinner($). Moms eat free!!!! We also have a wagon ride and bingo. Last weekend for the Gas Saver Special!! Waymart Area Parties in the Park Flea Market (Waymart).

May 19th - HEROES WEEKEND+
All police, military, firemen and any emergency responder receive a 15% CAMPING DISCOUNT (ID REQUIRED) when booking 2 nights(no other discount applies). We will have a flag raising by one of our heroes, will make a patriotic craft, lets decorate the wagon in patriotic colors and have a wagon ride, bingo and flashlight lollipop hunt! (+2 night minimum) Gas Saver Special Ends. National Train Day being celebrated all throughout local Honesdale, PA.

MAY 25th - 28th - MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND*
Family fun all weekend! Our saltwater pool opens(weather permitting), tye-dye($)(bring a white article to be dyed or buy a t-shirt at our store for a small fee), BINGO, horseshoe tournament($), corn hole tournament($), wagon ride, fishing tournament, fire truck rides, Jewelry Party featuring Missing Pieces (missingpiecesbysusan.net) by Susan Spewak., evening dance with DJ Nicky Nick, lantern liftoff(All proceeds benefit the ALS Association). (*3 night minimum at holiday rate). Stay 4 nights and get your 5th night free.

JUNE 2nd - BIRTHDAY WEEKEND+
Let’s celebrate everyone’s birthday with one big bash. We’ll start out making birthday crafts, an afternoon pool party with games, ice cream social($) and cake under the pavilion. Bingo and a wagon ride in the evening. Gas Saver Special begins again (+2 night minimum)

JUNE 9th – RELAX WEEKEND
How you relax may be different from how we at Ponderosa Pines relax. Let’s start the day with a selfie scavenger hunt through the woods. After getting all hot and dusty, let’s relax by the pool and make memories with our families. Pool will stay open an additional hour for adult use only. There will be bingo and a wagon ride in the evening. Gas Saver Continues……..

JUNE 16th - FATHERS DAY WEEKEND+
Let’s celebrate Dad this weekend by making a special gift for him during crafts, spend time with your dad during our afternoon fishing tournament and an evening wagon ride. Come join us for our Fathers Day Beef and Beer(Root Beer) with DJ Nicky Nick. Come join us for roast beef sandwiches, snacks and root beer. BYOB Roots & Rhythm Music & Art Festival will be held this weekend in nearby Honesdale.

JUNE 23rd - WELCOME SUMMER!!
Summer is finally here!!!! A pool party sounds like a great idea. We’ll have music, games, hot dogs and ice cream($). We will also have crafts, bingo and a wagon ride.

JUNE 29th - JULY 8th – FOURTH OF JULY WEEK*
We will have a full week of activities to enjoy with your family. From outdoor movies to fireworks. We will also have crafts, slip and slide(weather permitting), bingo, parades, tournaments and so much more!!! (*3 night minimum at holiday rate) BOOK FOUR NIGHTS AND GET YOUR 5TH NIGHT FREE

JULY 14th - TEXAS HOLD-EM WEEKEND
Do you feel lucky or just want to have fun???? Come and join us at our Texas Hold-em Tournament. We will have morning candy bar bingo, wagon ride, flashlight lollipop hunt and bingo under the stars(weather permitting).

JULY 21st - CHRISTMAS IN JULY+
Christmas craft, wagon ride, bingo, come see Santa at the Christmas party (you provide the cookies and we’ll supply the punch) with DJ Nicky Nick. Slip and Slide(weather permitting) End the night with a flashlight lollipop hunt.(+2 night minimum)

JULY 28th - MAGIC WEEKEND+

Let us start the day with morning crafts, a magic workshop by the World Renowned Damian the Magician with Damian entertaining us with a show afterwards, bingo and glow wagon ride. (+2 night minimum)

AUGUST 4th - Paint, Bead and Sip
Love beaded jewelry? Come and join us at our jewelry making party with Susan Spewak from Missing Pieces. We will also have a Paint Party with Bonnie. The cost is $35/person which includes your painting project, dinner, dessert and beverages. Please sign up in office, must be paid in full by July 28th. We’ll be serving hot roast beef sandwiches, beans, potato salad, beverages and punch. For our younger campers, we will have our slip and slide up in the late afternoon, wagon ride, bingo and flashlight tag.

AUGUST 11th - FAIR WEEKEND+
Come a join us for a morning activity before you spend the day at the Wayne County Fair and end the night at Ponderosa Pines with a nice campfire. While you are away from the campground, we will have a slip and slide(weather permitting) and/or pool games, bingo and a wagon ride. (+2 night minimum)

AUGUST 18th - EASTER IN AUGUST WEEKEND+
Kids crafts, easter egg hunt, ice cream social($), candy bar bingo and wagon ride. (+2 night minimum)

AUGUST 25th - WINE WEEKEND+
Tye-Dye($)(bring a white article to be dyed or buy a t-shirt at our store for a small fee), slip and slide (weather permitting) and a wagon ride. We will have a wine tasting followed by a close up magic show featuring Damian the Magician. Bring your favorite wine to share with others and we’ll provide the snacks. (+2 night minimum)

SEPTEMBER 3rd - LABOR DAY WEEKEND*
Ice cream social($), wagon rides, horseshoe tournament, fishing tournament, eating contests, evening dance with DJ, bingo, lantern liftoff(all proceeds benefit the ALS Association) and MUCH MUCH MORE(*3 night minimum at holiday rate)

SEPTEMBER 8th - GRANDPARENTS WEEKEND+
Bring your grandchildren and receive 10% off your stay. Enjoy participating in crafts, an afternoon activity, wagon ride and bingo.(+2 night minimum)

SEPTEMBER 15th - CHILI COOKOFF
Come and enjoy our beautiful fall foliage. Put a pot of of your favorite chili on the stove and join us to make a fall themed craft, wagon ride and bingo. We will have our chili cookoff/karaoke night get together in the evening. We provide the snacks and punch. Prizes will be awarded for the best chili recipe.

SEPTEMBER 22nd - LAZY MANS WEEKEND
Crafts, wagon ride and bingo. An afternoon of lawn games, from cornhole to beanbag tosses.

SEPTEMBER 30th

OCTOBER 6th - COLUMBUS DAY WEEKEND+
Crafts, pumpkin bowling, pumpkin decorating contest, trick or treating, costume party with DJ, wagon ride, bingo (+2 night minimum at holiday rate)
